Riddi’s day out in London

Riddhi Sen is enjoying every bit of his holiday in London. The actor is chilling with his parents, Reshmi and Kaushik Sen, who are there for a shooting. “I am just roaming around on the streets of London and enjoying the rains. I’m also exploring my photography skills, gorging on scrumptious cold cuts and watching plays at the National Theatre,” Riddhi told us over the telephone.

The actor has watched Master Harold And His Boys at Lyttelton Theatre recently. “The first experience of watching a play at the National Theatre was simply unforgettable. It was an adaptation of Athol Fugard’s play of the same name. It is definitely one of the best plays I’ve watched in the last 10 years. Despite being a legend in South Africa, we don’t get to watch much of Fugard’s plays in the UK. The play was first staged in New York (Broadway, Lyceum Theatre ) in 1982 and it received innumerable accolades. I can’t thank the National Theatre enough for bringing this play to life again in 2019. It is relevant not only in Britain or India, but all over the world,” he said.
