Nandikar postpones workshop, stalls rehearsals

The members of Nandikar have decided to postpone their workshop that was set to begin on March 16. Besides, they have also stalled their ongoing rehearsals and sanitised their rehearsal rooms.
“There is no point in taking risk,” said Sohini Sengupta, one of the key members of the group. “We have informed all the juniors. On Sunday, all the members cleaned the rehearsal room with sanitizer.We will not host the scheduled workshop for the next 15 days. The loss of days will later be adjusted,” she added.
Every year, Nandikar hosts workshops for aspiring theatre enthusiasts. “We get a lot of students. Many of the successful theatre personalities emerged through our workshops,” Sohini said.
