Meet the young brigade of Nandikar

Ayon Ghosh, Anindita Chakraborty, Arghya Dey Sarkar and Shubhadeep Roy are the generation next of Nandikar. From coordinating with other groups, decorating the stage, selling tickets to rehearsing for their own plays — these youngsters have formed the management squad for the festival. "Saptarshi Maulik and I joined Nandikar in 2012. Anindita and Arghya joined before us.We started getting involved in managing the official transactions since then. Initially, the seniors helped us. Eventually, they bestowed the responsibility on us. This year, we have done everything from the scratch — without any help from the seniors," said Ayon with pride.
