’s birthday on June 29, Saptarshi Maulik is holidaying in Darjeeling with eight of his friends from the theatre group. “We rarely get holidays. So, when we finally got a break for a few days after Nandikar’s birthday, we immediately bought tickets to Darjeeling,” he said. Since it’s raining in the hill town, the actor has not been able to get a view of Kanchenjunga. “But I'm more than making up for it by eating at my favourite joints. The two things that are a strict no-no on this trip are smoking and drinking,” he said. Saptarshi & co. are putting up at a cottage in Darjeeling and are travelling to different tourist spots in and around the Queen of the Hills.
