Death of a Salesman coming to Kolkata

Alyque Padamsee and Sabira Merchant are the main actors
American playwright Arthur Miller’s play, Death of a Salesman, starring theatre doyens Alyque Padamsee and Sabira Merchant, is coming to Kolkata. The play will be staged by Raell Padamsee on November 11 and 12 in Kala Mandir. The play is a gripping family drama about love and hate. The sharp brutal dialogue and the real life characters will enthrall the audience.The unique special effects have been designed by Alyque Padamsee, who has also directed the production. “I am playing the main character of Willy Loman, the salesman and Sabira is playing my wife. There will be no tickets for this play and the seats will be available on first come first serve basis,” said Alyque.
