Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay starts writing for the next Shabor film

After the third instalment ‘Asche Abar Shabor’ in Arindam Sil’s Detective Shabor series, writer Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay has started working on the next Shabor story which will be again adapted on celluloid in the fourth film of the franchise.
According to the reports, the fourth part will have ACP Shabor Dasgupta playing a double role. The third part was touted to be the most glamorous among the Shabor films which are based on Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay’s novels.The sleuth flick used a careful touch of adultery content and leg show and the plot gave us a different taste.
The last Shabor film was based on the story ‘Prajapatir Mrityu O Punorjanmo’ (The Death and Reincarnation of a Butterfly) and Saswata Chatterjee as Shabor was an absolute treat to watch.
