After winning hearts with the soothing ‘Bhora Badar’, here comes another classical melody ‘Chhaye Badra’ from
Aparna Sen’s long-anticipated ‘Ghawre Bairey Aaj’.
It’s a classical song beautifully rendered by the maestro himself, Ustad Rashid Khan along with popular actress Arpita Chatterjee. You can see the three leads in the song and the growing proximity of Brinda and Sandeep played by Tuhina Das and
Jisshu Sengupta respectively in the absence of Brinda’s husband Nikhilesh played by
Anirban Bhattacharya. Tuhina and Jisshu brings in a passionate chemistry which is quite aft for the song.

‘Ghawre Bairey Aaj’, the modern day take on
Rabindranath Tagore’s iconic novel ‘Ghare Baire’, featuring Jisshu Sengupta, Anirban Bhattacharya and Tuhina Das in the lead and produced by SVF, will hit the theatres on November 15.
