Singer Gopika Goswami gets married to long time friend Sumit

It’s a new beginning for Gopika Goswami. The talented singer recently got married to Sumit, an IT professional. The popular singer is currently settled in Mumbai but the marriage took place in Kolkata.

Sumit, her husband used to be her family friend and Gopika is super excited to start a new chapter in her life with a great human being like Sumit. So, will she take a break from her professional career? Gopika insists she will continue her singing career and marriage won’t affect her career.
“I know I got married a bit early. Usually, in our industry people take time to get married. But nothing will change and may marriage won’t affect my work,” said Gopika adding that she will be back in Mumbai soon.

Gopika has been a successful playback singer in Tollywood for the past few years and right now she’s trying to mark her footprints in Mumbai. She made her debut with a playback in the film ‘Jamai 420’.

Since then the singer has proved her credentials with hits like ‘Sathiya’, ‘Dhak Baja re’, and ‘Tujh Mein Sukoon’ among others.
