Even though music composer
Raja Narayan Deb is busy with loads of Bengali film projects, the music director said that he does not want to limit himself only with Bengali films and wish to work in other languages too. “In fact, I recently worked in a Malayalam and a Konkan film. Between these to, the Konkan film is closer to my heart because it deals with football,” he added. The film, named as Glory, is a sports drama and based on the Goa team’s performance in 1982 Durand Cup.
Besides these films, he is also working in Dev’s upcoming film ‘Tonic’ and his music in ‘Sanjhbati’ has been widely appreciated. “I simply in love with composing background scores. It is as important as film dialogues and a good film cannot stand without good music,” he added.
