Prano Bhoriye Trisha Horiye gets a Noboborsho touch

Twelve young musicians. One Rabindrasangeet and a melodious Noboborsho gift. Iman Chakraborty, Lagnajita Chakraborty, Gourab Sarkar, Durnibar Saha, Prashmita Paul, Ujjaini, Kaushik Chakraborty and several others presented Prano Bhoriye Trisha Horiye to their audience. While the music is arranged by Nilanjan Ghosh, the video is shot at home by the artistes and edited by Rajat and Durnibar.
“I suggested presenting a Rabindrasangeet as we did not have enough time to write and compose our own song. It was done in one day. We all sang and recorded from home and then editing it was a mammoth task. We are getting a lot of positive feedback from the audience,” Iman told us.
Last year, in Naboborsho, Iman, Lagnajita, Durnibar and several others came up with an original that was penned by Debarshi Sarkar and composed by Shovan Ganguly.
