Lagnajita sings for Anupam Roy

As Lagnajita Chakraborty celebrates her birthday today, a day after her mentor Anupam Roy, there’s good news in plenty for music lovers. Almost three-and-a-half years after the duo created magic with Bawshonto eshe gechhe in Srijit Mukherji’s Chotushkone, they have again come together in Mainak Bhaumick’s romcom, Ghare and Baire, starring Koel Mallick and Jisshu U Sengupta. The melodious song, Hridoyer rong, is fast climbing up the charts and is talked about, much like the album that has a distinct urban pop sound.The duo has already got good feedback and looks like the collaborative efforts are paying off.
