Kolkata artists join hands for one-minute music videos

Nine veteran artists from the Bengali music industry have joined hands for a unique concept of one-minute original music videos and the initiative has already created a lot of buzz. This is part of a pan-India project and Kolkata’s Neil Roy and his team are taking care of the One Minute Music from Eastern India with Jeet Gannguli, Rupam Islam, Bickram Ghosh, Rupankar Bagchi, Somlata Acharyya Chowdhury, Sahana Bajpaie, Joy Sarkar, Lopamudra Mitra, and Iman Chakraborty teaming up for an exciting musical journey.

These music videos have been directed by Baba Yadav and star Falaque Rashid Roy, Swastika Dutta, and John Bhattacharyya in addition to the nine celebrated musicians.

"This is a great opportunity to create something new for music lovers. It is a concept never seen before. We are extremely excited to shoot music videos in an entirely new concept which is, vertical in 9:16 aspect ratio primarily for IG Reels. We have some power-packed musicians from the east and let's hope people welcome our unique music videos," said Neil Roy.

Sharing his thoughts on the unique concept an excited Bickram Ghosh said that the format is quite exciting since it's a big challenge to create a song in one minute. According to him, it’s challenging but the concept has a bright future.
