Baby doll singer Kanika Kapoor to debut in Tollywood

After Armaan Malik made his Tolly debut with a peppy number in Love Express, Kanika Kapoor, who sang Baby doll, is set to venture into the Bengali film industry. The singer recorded an item number for Raja Chanda's Kelor Kirti, the music for which is scored by Indraadip Das Gupta. 'The song, Item bomb, which features Dev and Nusrat, is quite peppy with lots of beats. I thought of Kanika while setting Prosen's lyrics to tune. I had sent Kanika the song, she liked it and hitting the recording studio was just a matter of time. Though it is her first Bengali song, Kanika did a swell job.Her diction is as perfect as her singing,' said Indraadip.
