Japan's dance performance premieres in Kolkata

The mother and daughter duo from Japan had the guests grooving to their beats
The world premiere of The Dancing on the Earth, a music or dance performance from Japan, took place at a city banquets on Sunday . The show featured a multi-cultural dance and music performance combining African, R&B, soul, hip hop and club culture, by a mother and daughter duo, Tomoko and Nayuta Yanagida, from Japan.They sang and danced to songs like Yado train, Get to paradise, Love & jealousy, The planet of water, Introduction to water, Introduction to funky peace, War, Death, Life and Funky peace. DJ Saitou Master got the firang crowd on the dance floor by doing a jazzfunkhouse vinyl set along with DJ Groovist spinning funky house. Japanese food added spice to the event.
