‘Gotro’ song ‘Rangabati’ will surely lift your mood

After winning hearts with the mesmerizing voice of Shreya Ghoshal in ‘Neel Digante’, here comes the new song ‘Rangabati’ from Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee’s next ‘Gotro’.
It’s a Bengali recreation of the highly popular Odia song. Surojit Chatterjee has done a great job recreating the song with some added beats to turn it into a dance number. He has also penned additional Bengali lyrics for the song. Both Iman Chakraborty and Surojit’s voice have suited really well with this foot tapping folk song.

The video song has been picturized on Om and Devlina Kumar in a special appearance for this song. Both look confident with their dance steps to match the energy of the song.
Om shaking legs in popular dance numbers is nothing new but to see Devlina Kumar in such a dance number is pleasantly surprising. Later in the video, the leading lady of the film Manali Dey joins them and she also looks quite natural with the dance steps.
