Soon after the video started streaming on the internet, on September 12, it garnered more than 100K views. Besides acting, Amit has also done the art and styling.
The video, Stor, shows a glamorous model getting entangled in a glitzy life of modelling and drugs. She loses her simplicity and innocence. Ipsita plays the model and Amit essays the role of her alter ego. He is constantly reminding her of her roots. “Our conscience is gender neutral. Not only that, it doesn’t have any religion, caste or any such label. Hence, my character is androgynous. This character always encourages her to be herself and steer clear of any dark element. Finally, she goes back to her innocence and embraces her faults with dignity,” Amit told us.
It has been a long journey for Amit, who had to struggle a lot before getting into modelling. “I am a happy person now. I showcase androgynous fashion. I have done several shoots in bridal finery, which became quite popular. Since, we are yet to embrace cross dressing or androgynous attitude, my struggle is still on. Stor is an initiative by Ipsita and I am really glad that I worked in this project,” he signed off.
