Bickram Ghosh excited about Abhijatri

Percussionist Bickram Ghosh is really excited about his next project – Surajit Guha’s Abhijatri and said that he is making the music of the film with utmost care and sincerity. Bickram said that the film is based Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay’s cult character Apu and the story develops exactly where the Ray’s masterpiece Apu’s trilogy ended.
“It’s an excellent film with great concept and execution.This is exactly the kind of film I want to work on,” he added. Bickram is making the background score and also the film songs. “Set in the backdrop of 1940s it is period film and being made in black and white.
Besides, Bickram just finished working on Arindam Sil’s Maya Kumari which is a musical and has total 12 songs.
