Anupam Roy starts composing for Marathi film

has started, musicians too have started their work slowly. Anupam Roy, who has primarily focused on his independent songs during

lockdown

, has hatred working on the film projects.


“I am composing for a Marathi film,

. It was supposed to be released by now but all the last minute works were stalled due to the

pandemic

scare and subsequent lockdown. Now I am working on it. Besides, I am also working on Parambrata’s (Chattopadhyay) Bony,” Anupam told us.


That doesn’t mean the musician is not working on independent originals. After releasing an English number, Miss Understanding, and a song jointly written by Srijato,

, Chandril Bhattacharya and him, the musician will release a Hindi song. “I don’t write much in Hindi. This is one of those few. It is about a couple during the lockdown. The song talks about a night. I hope my audience will like it,” he said.
