Synopsis: 'Ballabhpurer Roopkotha' has been adapted from the legendary thespian Badal Sarkar's play of the same name. The plot follows an almost crumbling Rajbari of Ballabhpur wherein only two people live - the last descendant of the Ray dynasty – Bhupati Ray and his menial Manohar. The 'Dynasty' has almost nothing left to talk about since there is no wealth except the ruins. Both the dwellers are struggling with heavy debts and feel hopeless. However, things change one day when they get an offer to sell the property. What happens next is a series of hilarious actions and reactions by Bhupati Ray, Manohar, the buyers and interestingly one ghost that turns Ballabhpur Rajbari into a total mess in one single night!
