For the actor, nudity signifies openness and honesty
Rahul Bose was recently in Kolkata to launch a deodorant with friend Milind Soman. When asked about his views on nudity — considering friend Milind had done Full Monty more than once — he said, “In my very first film, English August, I was naked. Then again I was naked in Split Wide Open. So I think it’s quite an old thing for me. Nudity, can be repulsive. But it can also be beautiful and aesthetic. It depends on how you see it. But for me, more than anything else, nudity means being myself. It means being open, honest and unmasked.”
The star's next stint in Tollywood is on the anvil with Aparna Sen announcing the sequel to National Award winning Mr. and Mrs. Iyer, starring Rahul and Konkona Sen Sharma.
