No, there’s really nothing to worry about. Actress Chitrangada Satarupa has reached Santiniketan today along with her family for a short weekend getaway. The actress, who loves spending time amidst nature, told us, “I'm here with my family for some quality time together. I really needed this short trip. Thankfully we have our own place here to stay, so we could come without worrying about the safety. After several years, I have come out of Kolkata with both Ma and Ritabhari. We are so busy otherwise that this rarely happens. This time, it seemed that we could do it and we didn't want to delay. I'm really glad about that. This pandemic phase has been really disturbing but has also been a boon in disguise for many. Spending quality time with family is that boon I feel. I'm just relaxing here, loitering in the garden, singing with my ukulele, spending time with everyone — chatting, cooking and sometimes doing just nothing.”Sharing with us her plans of hanging around the town, the actress said, “Everything is shut here I suppose. I don't think we are going to roam around much. I might just step out to sit by the nearby water body. This house itself is very refreshing with a huge garden and a tiny pond. The feeling of being in a quiet place amidst nature itself is a blessing at the moment. I am also bonding with a dog here named Bhooloo, who is following me around the house and playing with me in the garden.”
