Watch: Parambrata's surprise birthday celebration on the set

Parambrata Chatterjee had one of the craziest birthdays he has ever celebrated yesterday. It was a rather busy birthday for the talented actor-director who had to shoot till noon and then rushed to the airport to catch a flight to Italy.
Well, no matter how busy you are, you can’t be spared when surrounded by close friends and on Friday Parambrata had a surprise birthday celebration on the sets during the shoot of his next ‘Bony’ in Kolkata.

After ‘Shonar Pahar’, Parambrata has already announced his next directorial ‘Bony’ based on a novel by renowned author Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay of the same name. The upcoming sci-fi thriller, being produced by Surinder Films, has an ensemble cast including Koel Mallick, Anjan Dutt and Kanchan Mallick. Parambrata too will be seen in a pivotal role.
The story of ‘Bony’ revolves around a Bengali couple settled in Italy with their mysterious newborn baby, an American born Bangladeshi scientist and a middle class Bengali clerk. Music for the film will be composed by Anupam Roy.
