Dev and
Jeet are all geared up for a box office clash this weekend since ‘
Kishmish
’ and ‘
Raavan
’ are releasing on the same date, April 29. While fans of both the
Tollywood
superstars are busy speculating which film will hit the box office bulls’ eye rumours and speculation about a cold war between the two have grabbed the headlines. But Amid all these, Jeet had a huge surprise in store! What he did on his reality show has surprised everyone.
The incident took place when Dev and
Rukmini
came to the reality show which features celeb couples as a part of their promotional campaign for ‘Kishmish’ and soon the three got involved in a fun-filled adda. Both Jeet and Dev were seen pulling each other’s legs. And suddenly Jeet did the unthinkable! He hugged Dev and kissed him passionately. Yes, you read it right. Even Rukmini was shocked to see this happening in front of her.
As part of the reality show, Jeet gave Dev and Rukmini a challenging task. They have to stare at each other and they can’t blink. Whoever wins will kiss the other one. But Rukmini urged that this game should be played between Dev and Jeet. Interestingly, Jeet agreed to do this but he insisted if he wins he will kiss Dev on his lips and it made everyone go ROFL.
This is surely a great gesture from these Tollywood hunks, especially when fans of both the actors are at loggerheads ahead of their favourite star’ film release. Also, it seemed to be a fitting response to all those speculations which suggest that Dev and Jeet will never stop the tussle between them, considering the previous box office clashes.
Incidentally, last year during Durga Puja Dev’s ‘
Golondaaj
’ and Jeet’s ‘Baazi’ released on the same date. While ‘Golondaaj’ did wonder at the box office ‘Baazi’ failed to live up to the expectations. Now, it will be interesting to see what happens this time around.
