Indranil Ghosh were both impressed by the Assamese film, Village Rockstars, which was eventually chosen from 28 films, including October, Padman, Padmaavat and Hichki. “Village Rockstars is the perfect film that represents India. It’s a simple story, simply told. The audience in every part of the country will be able to relate to it,” said Shiboprosad. Indranil, on his part, added, “When you see it, you will be transported into a different world and that’s the power of cinema. There’s a lot to learn from this film.” Directed by
