Vicky Kaushal, Sanjay Leela Bhansali congratulated me on Jubilee: Prosenjit Chatterjee

Prosenjit Chatterjee’s newest OTT role is winning hearts all across the country. The actor who’s in Mumbai to attend the Filmfare Awards night was flooded with praises from Bollywood A-listers, who loved his character Srikant Roy in Vikramaditya Motwane’s directorial web series Jubilee.
“I met so many friends at the Filmfare Awards night on Thursday. Each one of them told me that they are awestruck after watching Jubilee and they are in love with my character Srikant Roy.It is so fulfilling for an actor when your work gets recognised to this extent,” said Prosenjit.
The actor also shared a heartwarming moment with Vicky Kaushal, whose father Sham Kaushal will be directing the stunts in Prosenjit’s next film. “It was so nice to meet Vicky Kaushal after almost a year. He is such a humble, down-to-earth person. He hugged me tightly to say that he loved watching the show. I told him I want to meet his father, the famous action director Sham Kaushal who will be doing the action sequences for Subhrajit Mitra’s film Devi Chaudhurani. Vicky will be organising our adda in the next few days," he said.
Prosenjit also met some other stars who turned out to be fans of his work. “I met Sanjay Leela Bhansali and he too congratulated me for Jubilee. I told him that Vikramaditya used to assist him and as a teacher he has done a wonderful job. I also congratulated him for sweeping all the awards for Gangubai Kathiawadi at Filmfare. Moreover, I met Raveena Tandon, Kajol and many other actors who are my friends. So, it was indeed a fun night,” added Prosenjit.
