Sayantika Banerjee will be seen playing the role of Sara’s mother. Sayantika opens up about her character in the film.
The actress reportedly said although the audience might hate her character initially, they will eventually realise why Uma’s (Sara) mother had to do the things she did. Director Srijit Mukherji has balanced the character very well. She further added that if you want to describe ‘Uma’ in three words it will be - emotional, beautiful and ultimate.
