Trina set to start shooting for Arindam Sil and Srijit Mukherji’s next

Trina Saha, who plays Gungun in Khorkuto, has bagged two films. The actress will be seen in Arindam Sil’s

Iskaboner Bibi

and Srijit Mukherji’s next. “I am so happy that now film directors don’t have any inhibitions casting TV actors in films. The shoot for Arindam da’s film starts on Monday and I have to balance both TV and my film project. I play Anjali in Iskaboner Bibi and it is a serious character. Serials and films are two different mediums and the style of acting too is different for each. Arindam da is going all out to help me understand the character. Recently, we did a look test for the film too.” Arunima Ghosh and Gourab Chatterjee are also part of the film.
Trina also shared that Srijit's Laho Gouranger Naam Re will go on the floors from the end of June. “I assisted Srijit da in

Zulfiqar

and he is extremely strict on the sets. So, I am a bit scared and I hope I will perform up to his expectations. I will also be part of an OTT project too,” said Trina.
Trina is planning a vacation to Dubai in July. “I will be working continuously all these months, so I need a big break in July. Neel (my husband) and I are planning a trip to Dubai then,” said the actress.
