It was his dream to shoot in front of Victoria Memorial and this time around, it has come true.
On Thursday morning, director Sujit Mondol canned the first shot of ���������Paglu 2��������� with Tota Roy Choudhury right in front of Victoria Memorial. ���������We were supposed to shoot there from early morning but we got the place at around 11 am because of the Republic Day practice at the venue.I am planning to tap all the beautiful places that Kolkata boasts of in this film, Victoria Memorial being one of them. Tota plays a don, Rudra, in ���������Paglu 2��������� and we shot a murder sequence with him on Thursday,��������� the director said.
Heaping praises on the actor, he continued, ���������I have worked with Tota in ���������Bolo Na Tumi Amar��������� and I feel he is a very disciplined actor. His role is nothing less than that of a hero in ���������Paglu 2���������.��������� Giving an insight into the film, the director further added, ���������The film is about Paglu played by Dev, who is kind of a superman. He is capable of doing anything under the sun. Koel plays Ria, his love interest.���������
