Tnusree Chakraborty is soaking in all those warm responses and appreciations she is getting for her performance in
Srijit Mukherji’s ‘Gumnaami’.
“I play Ranita,
Anirban Bhattacharya’s wife, in the film. She is an HR professional and cares a lot about his husband who is obsessed with his research works on Netaji. The film also shows how she handles this situation,” said Tnusree while speaking about her character in the thriller.
The pretty actress also shares her experience of working with Anirban and Srijit. “This is the second time I have worked with Anirban after ‘Durga Sohay’. He is a great actor. I had a fantastic time working with Srijit as well. He is always a perfectionist,” adds Tnusree.
Meanwhile, ‘Gumnaami’ is ruling the box office since its October 2 release. The film is on its way to become the highest grossing Bengali film of 2019 as it continues to win hearts.

Prosenjit Chatterjee in the titular role of both Netaji and Gumnaami Baba, while Anirban Bhattacharya plays a determined print journalist Chandrachur Dhar.
