Tnusree Chakraborty
is elated! The actress became an aunt on August 10 as her younger sister
Subhashree Chakraborty
gave birth to a baby girl at a city nursing home. “Both my sister and my niece are doing well. I have no words to express the joy and excitement I felt when I laid eyes on my niece for the very first time! What can I say — she looks like an angel! Both my sister and my brother-in-law are on cloud nine. My sister will be back home on Friday and preparations for that have already begun,” said the actress.
Though the actress is busy with her professional commitments, she is longing to go see her niece and sister at the nursing home.
Sharing more on that, Tnusree said, “I am waiting for my film dubbing to get over today so I can go see her. Ma will go shopping to buy clothes for the little one. We are all thinking of a name for her. We were really worried about Subhashree as she was pregnant in midst of the pandemic. My parents asked her to come back to Kolkata from Bangalore so they could take care of her. Even then, when she would go to the hospital for regular checkups and tests, Ma would go into panic mode. But, by the grace of God, everything is fine now.”
On the work front, Tnusree is dubbing for Srimanta Sengupta’s film
Abaar Bochhor Kuri Pore
, in which she plays the character Nila.
