We all know Raima’s family legacy, comes from one of the legends of Bengali cinema, none other than late Suchitra Sen.Raima is the granddaughter of the iconic actress. Raima also enjoys a connection with Maharani Gayatri Devi as Raima’s father Bharat Dev Varma is from the royal family of Cooch Behar and Bharat Dev Varma’s mother Ila Devi was the elder sister of Gayatri Devi.
On the work front, Raima was last seen in Rajib Chowdhury's ‘Kaya: The Mystery Unfolds’ and the Bengali diva has many films lined up until next year including movies such as ‘Thinking Of Him’, ‘Mi Amor’, ‘Tarikh’, ‘I Didn't Do It’, and ‘Subho Naboborsho’.
