Thorough historical research was done for ‘Alinagarer Golokdhadha’

The makers of ‘Jawker Dhan’ are returning to the big screen with their upcoming adventure drama ‘Alinagarer Golokdhadha’. Apparently, a thorough research was conducted on some historical facts shown in the movie.
According to reports, directed Sayantan Ghosal said that the hardest part before the camera rolled was the research work. To dig up the lesser known facts and find out unbiased opinions from different books was reportedly a task for the team.The filmmaker also reportedly ensured that the historical facts shown in the film are well researched.
The movie is all about finding a long-lost treasure which has a significant historical value and all the clues to discover the treasure are hidden in the history of Bengal. The only way to find the hidden treasure is to decode some brain-twisting riddles.
Now director Sayantan Ghosal, in a recent interview, admitted the hardest part before the camera rolled on was the research work to dig up the lesser known historical facts and to find out unbiased opinions from different books. He also assured that all the historical facts that have been shown in ‘Alinagarer Golokdhadha’ are well-researched.
The film stars Anirban Bhattacharya and Parno Mittra in lead roles and is expected to release on April 20, 2018.
