The poster of Suman Adhikary’s film Widow's Shadow is out. The film is a powerful and thought-provoking cinematic experience that tackles the pressing issues of casteism and LGBT rights in modern India. The film's poster is a striking visual representation of its themes and message.
Sankalitaa Roy and Palak Kayath play the pivotal characters in this film which tells the poignant story of a young widow, forced to confront the harsh realities of caste-based discrimination and social exclusion. As she navigates this treacherous landscape, she discovers an unexpected ally in a member of the LGBT community, who faces their own struggles against prejudice and marginalization.
