Amid the recent ATM fraud incidents in Kolkata, a Bengali film on the nuances of ethical hacking is all set to release next month. Directed by debutant duo Siddharth Sen and Subrato Mondal, the thriller '
The Hacker
' sees an undercover RAW agent on the hunt for a
serial killer
with the help of a young hacker.
Ena Saha and Aryann Bhowmik play the lead in this film.
While speaking about their first film, director Siddharth Sen said, “This is not just a thriller. It will give many key details about the patterns and trends of online hacking in these days. It can help people with significant knowledge about internet security.”
If all goes according to plan, ‘The Hacker’ will release by the end of September.
Meanwhile, Aryann, best known for essaying out the Santu character in
Srijit Mukherji's Kakababu series, will also be seen in upcoming horror flick ‘Bhoot Chaturdashi’. Among the others, Ena Saha, Soumendra, and Deepsheta Mitra are set to play pivotal roles. The story revolves around four young boys and girls who start shooting for a documentary at the night of Bhoot Chaturdashi.
