Tathagata to start shooting for his next Hindi project next year

After completing his first Hindi film Memory X, director Tathagata Mukherjee is busy with several projects and awaiting the release of his next film, Bhotbhoti, in the first quarter of 2022. Tathagata is also planning to start the shooting of his second Hindi project next year. Titled Lalith, the film will be a horror fantasy. “It is a story of a Utopian world and it is in the initial stage of the pre-production,” he said.
But Tathagata was clearly excited about Memory X.“That’s not because this is my first Hindi project, but also because of the story and the concept. The film explores the theory of time and mind space and the story is really close to my heart,” he said.
Besides, he is all set to start shooting for a Bengali television show in January. “This is Leena di’s (Gongopadhyay’s) next project and I am really looking forward to it,” Tathagata said.
