‘Tarikh’ official poster resonate the identity crisis we suffer from

The trailer of Churni Ganguly’s ‘Tarikh’ has already made everyone curious leaving a lot of surprise for movie buffs to speculate what to expect from the storyline. And now the official poster is here to double the excitement. Featuring the three protagonists Saswata Chatterjee, Ritwick Chakraborty and Raima Sen, it beautifully captures the mental state, the identity crisis three friends are suffering from.

Churni’s debut directorial ‘Nirbashito’ stayed in the heart of the audience for quite a long, and everyone is hoping for ‘Tarikh’ to follow the same when it hits the theatres on April 12.
Among the three protagonists in the film, one dreams to be an idealist, while another is a realist and the third loves to be a conformist. The plot highlights each of the character’s difficulties to stick to their own belief in the current world of social media.
Interestingly, Churni Ganguly bagged the ‘Golden Royal Bengal Tiger Special Jury Award For Direction’ for ‘Tarikh’ at the 24th Kolkata International Film Festival last year as it received appreciation from all corners.
