’, this will be her second outing in Bollywood.
Casting director Mukesh Chhabra is set to debut as a filmmaker with the Hindi remake of ‘Fault In Our Stars’ and Swastika has been roped in to play a significant role. Interestingly, like her previous Bollywood film, the actress will share the screen with
Sushant Singh Rajput in this film as well. Sushant will be seen as the male lead in this romantic tragedy while Sanjana Sanghi of 'Fukrey' fame will essay the female lead. Swastika is all set to portray Sanjana's mother in the upcoming Hindi remake.
Meanwhile, she will also be seen in
Srijit Mukherji’s modern-day adaptation of ‘Chowringhee’. She will be seen as the high society housekeeper-escort Karabi Guha in the film based on Shankar’s classic 1962 novel by the same name. This will be Swastika’s third film with Srijit after the success of ‘
Mishawr Rawhoshyo
’ (2013) and ‘Jaatishwar’ (2014).
