Swastika Mukherjee pens emotional note for daughter Anwesha on Mother’s Day

Actor Swastika Mukherjee took to social media on Mother’s Day to share a touching message for her daughter Anwesha, along with an adorable throwback photo of the two.

“Thank you mamma Anwesha for choosing me to be your Maa. I would never settle for anyone else,” Swastika wrote, expressing deep gratitude for their bond. “You are the best. I am not as good a parent as you are but I try every day to become one.”

In her heartfelt post, she spoke about the unwavering connection she shares with her daughter: “For me, the whole world is on one side, you are on the other. Wherever you are, I am also right beside you.”

Promising eternal presence and support, she added, “You’ll get me if you just extend your hand. Even if you can’t, just open your eyes — I’ll be there. Whether in death or in the sky, I’ll be beside you in every birth. Once a Maa, always a Maa.”
