In a shocking turn of events, actress Swastika Mukherjee has revealed how two tickets for the India vs England match at Eden Gardens were stolen by a Swiggy delivery executive. The tickets, which were meant to be delivered from New Town Action Area 2 to Action Area 1, were intended for a cricket fan who had traveled all the way from Kanpur to experience the match live.

The order was placed at 6:30pm yesterday, and the delivery partner was marked as "en route" for over an hour. However, after that, the delivery partner blocked the recipient's numbers and stopped taking calls. To make matters worse, the order was marked as "delivered" at 5:37am the following day, but the tickets were nowhere to be found. Despite the company having full details of the delivery executive, no action was taken even after 13 hours of the incident.

Swastika expressed her frustration on the social media post , questioning the responsibility of Swiggy-"Does Swiggy or other delivery platforms promote the stealing of parcels to safeguard their brand or their delivery executives?" . The actress also shared the delivery partner’s contact number, urging the public to spread the word and avoid facing similar issues. Swastika’s post has ignited a larger conversation about trust, safety, and security in the world of delivery services.
