Susmita, Shataf in Jeet’s next

Susmita Chatterjee and Shataf Figar are all geared up to work in Jeet’s next, Chengiz. Directed by Rajesh Ganguly, the film team has already celebrated the mahurat. While this will be the first time that Susmita will team up with Jeet, Shataf has recently worked with his upcoming film, Raavan. While talking to us, Shataf said, “It is always great to be back in Kolkata and shoot.I will also be working in a Telugu film, Indrani. I worked with Jeet in the last one and now this,” he said.
On his social media, he wrote, “2 back to back Mahuraat done and we are ready to shoot. Brace the summers. #Indrani which is a Telegu film and is India’s first Super Girl movie. #Chengiz my next Bengali project directed by Rajesh Ganguly produced by Jeets Filmworks. It’s a packed summer this one. Time to turn on the heat.”
Meanwhile, Susmita too is also very excited. “My Next… meet the ‘Chengiz’ gang. Thank you @jeet30. Need your blessings,” she wrote on her social media after sharing a photograph with Jeet. Susmita has recently worked with Arindam Sil in Khela Jokhon. Arindam’s thriller features Mimi Chakraborty, Arjun Chakrabarty, Susmita Chatterjee, Harsh Chhaya, June Malia, Barun Chanda, Alokananda Roy, Arna Mukhopadhyay, Joydip Kundu, Ashim Roychowdhury and Karan Hariharan in key roles. While Andhadhun fame Arijit Biswas has penned the script, Bickram Ghosh will be composing the music. The film revolves around a woman who one day wakes up from a nightmare and realizes what she sees around, what she’s up against in real life often contradict. She’s on a journey to find her real identity and the journey turns into a self-discovery.
