Susmita missed going home on Saraswati Puja

Susmita Chatterjee, who is part of Pathikrit Basu’s Kacher Manush that also stars Dev and Prosenjit Chatterjee, really missed her barir Saraswati Puja. “My parents live in Kulti and we perform Saraswati Puja in a big way at home. I go home every year to attend the puja and to help ma, but I couldn’t this year because of work pressure. So, I watched it all through a video call with ma,” said the model-turned-actress, adding, “In the city, I was invited to have bhog at the homes of four-five friends.So, I offered anjali to Ma Sraswati at a friend’s house.”
When asked about her role in Kacher Manush, Sushmita said, “I play Asha, an upper-middle-class girl. Working with both Dev and Bumbada (Prosenjit Chatterjee) is indeed an honour for a newcomer like me.” Susmita is also part of Gu-Kaku - The Potty Uncle along with Ritwick Chakraborty, Tnusree Chakraborty and Mosharraf Karim.
