Sunil Sagore- A tribute to Sunil Gangopadhyay

An album compiling Gangopadhyay���s literary pieces was unveiled in the Kolkata Book Fair
Sunil Sagore, an album compiling select poems and short stories of Late Sri Sunil Gangopadhyay was launched in the Kolkata Book Fair by renowned writer Sri Sirshendu Mukhopadhyay. Nine of Gangopadhyay���s poems including Uttaradhikar, Janmo Hoy Na, Mrityu Hoy Na and Hothat Neerar Jannyo, short stories ��� Neerar Ashukh, Oprem Potro and Nodi Teere (a conversation between the author and Late Smt Indira Gandhi) all packed into one album definitely makes for a rare collectors��� item.The poems and stories have been rendered in the enigmatic voice of Smt Bratati Bandhyopadhyay. Srikanto Acharya has also lent his voice to the poem Ja Cheyechhi, Ja Pabo Na. Sirshendu Mukhopadhyay launched this unique album in the presence of Smt. Bratati Bandhyopadhyay, Srikanto Acharya, Srijato & Smt Mahua Lahiri.
