Sudipta Chakraborty back on TV!

Guess who���������s back on TV! Sudipta Chakraborty will be soon seen doing a cameo in ���������Bou Kotha Kou���������.
The actor will be back after a six-month hiatus. Confirming the news, Sudipta said, ���������I play a lawyer���������s role in ���������BKK���������, who comes to save Nikhil, charged with a murder case. When Mitalidi approached me to essay this role, I couldn���������t say no to her as I was quite tempted to play a lawyer role on-screen for the first time.���������
When asked, the reason for her quitting ���������Binni Dhaner Khoi��������� midway, as her character, Kurchi, was well-accepted, the actor clarified, ���������When I signed ���������BDK���������, I was told that my character was of a parallel heroine.But later, I noticed that Kurchi���������s character was turning out to be negative. So, I decided to quit. I am not against playing negative roles as I had played a full-on negative character in ���������Kon Kanoner Phool���������. But, my point is, I refuse to do something which I am not told before-hand. Had I known that I would be playing the negative character of Kurchi, right from the time I had signed the dotted line to be on board ���������BDK���������, I wouldn���������t have had any objections. But that was not the case. I want to act on television provided the role has enough meat.���������
The actor is presently busy dubbing for ���������Nobel Chor��������� and is excited about her characters in ���������Uro Chiti��������� and ���������Aboseshe���������. ���������In ���������NC��������� I essay a housewife, while in ���������UC��������� I play a fashion designer. My role in ���������Aboseshe��������� is totally different and it is being introduced in such away that the film takes a turn after that,��������� informs Sudipta. Way to go, girl!
