, sees popular actor Subrat Dutta as the only cast in the film. The shooting has been done entirely in Shantiniketan and the music is by Cactus fame Sidhu.

The story revolves around a painter-photographer who lives with a cat and a plant in a single room. One day he takes a snap of himself, his dearest cat and the plant but he was left in shock to find his plant and cat dead after he took the picture. Will he also die? That’s what forms the crux of the story. Director Atanu Biswas decided to make his film silent as he didn’t want language to be a barrier. He wants ‘Out Of Focus’ to be screened all around the world and for that silent medium is the best option.
