Stars shine down at Cross Connection 2 audio launch

The music launch of Sudeshna Roy and Abhijit Guha's much-awaited movie Cross Connection 2 was a starry affair.
Held at a city mall, the event saw eminent musicians Neel Dutt, Anupam Roy, Ru pankar, Somlata Acharya and lyricist Srijato along with the movie's cast and crew Ritwick Chakraborty, Tonushree Chakraborty and Rimjhim Mitra in attendance. Singers Ujjaini and Rupankar mesmerised all with their beautiful rendition of Mombaati raat, while Anupam crooned Ghure chole jaay, from the film.���This movie comes straight from our hearts. Along with Padmanabha Dasgupta, Abhijit and I have tried to put forth relevant issues that involve the youth and treated it with a touch of humour. The music is soulful and we hope the audience appreciates it,��� said Sudeshna.
