Actor Srijla Guha is on a roll! She has already been roped in for Rahool Mukherjee’s web series and now the talented actress is sharing the screen with none other than Tota Roychoudury in Raja Chanda’s upcoming web series ‘Picasso’. The show also stars Saurav Das, Roja Paromita Dey, Deboprasad Haldar, Raheli and Kavya Bhowmik in important roles.
Srijla admits that ‘Picasso’ has definitely given her a lot of space to experiment with the character she is playing. “Acting in some place where you have that space is definitely very worthy. The team offered me so much comfort at every stage of the shoot. The team is amazing. I was surprised by the level of adjustment they offered me on every level. I'm certainly lucky to be working with a team like this where I had something to learn every day. Tota da and Sourav cooperated beyond measure. And Raja da is unmatchable when it comes to patience. He is such a cool-headed person. There was a day I laughed relentlessly throughout the entire day. And I was so grateful to be working with a team like that,” shared the actress.
In ‘Picasso’, Srijla plays Shreya who has her mysteries, but at the same time, she is vibrant and has her charm on point. She is very smart with words in a good way, and is hardworking, honest and usually gets her way through things.
The story of the series revolves around Palash Mukherjee aka Picasso, a painter, who becomes a prime suspect when the local police start investigation on two back-to-back murders. Whenever Picasso makes a portrait of someone, the next day that person is found dead.
