Shankar, learned kathak in nine days to play Kadambari in Srijit Mukherji’s Ek Je Chhilo Raja. “It was not easy to learn Kathak in just nine days. The body language is completely different from the dance form that I learned since my childhood. But I picked it up thanks to my basic knowledge of dance forms. I play a courtesan in Ek Je Chhilo Raja and have four song and dance sequences,” informed Sreenanda.
