Sreelekha Mitra’s latest selfie will leave you in awe

Sreelekha Mitra always had a taste for swimming against the tide and she prefers to follow the path that’s less travelled. When her co-actors and friends were celebrating lakshmi Puja recently the popular actress had something different in mind. She uploaded a selfie on instagram in which Sreelekha was seen taking a photograph with her deceased mother’s picture. An emotional Sreelekha captioned the photograph: “Lokkhi Mayer Meye.”
On the working front, up next for the actress is Shiladitya Moulik’s ‘Sweater’ which is a coming-of-age story revolving around a simple girl and knitting.Ishaa Saha will play the central character of the girl named Tuku. Kharaj Mukherjee, Cactus fame Sidhu, Sudiptaa Chakrabarty, Sourav Das, June Maliah and Anuradha Mukherjee are also a part of the film. Sreelekha was last seen in Soukarya Ghosal’s ‘Rainbow Jelly’ which travelled a number of film festivals earning rave reviews. She played the role of a mysterious ‘Pori Pishi’.
