While speaking about her character in ‘Happy Pill’, the actress revealed why this film is so important in the context of our gloomy society. "I am really looking forward to ‘Happy Pill’s success. Amidst so much negativity, we have literally lost our peace and happiness has left us alone in our daily life but we have to keep in mind that peace and happiness always remain within ourselves. We just have to discover them. ‘Happy Pill’ is not just a film, it’s a message that will guide us in that journey,” Sohini said.
Ritwick here essays out the role of a medical student named Siddhartha who had to leave his studies due to financial problems. Parno Mittra will be seen as Ritwick’s sister who is obsessed with her looks. Mir plays a troubled salesman named Pochada.
