Sohini Paul, who relocated to Mumbai two months ago, is back in the city to shoot for Raja Sens Colonel. Its an honour to be a part of Rajadas film. Its a murder mystery so I cant divulge much about the storyline. But it revolves around my character, Chandrima, who gets involved in a murder case, said the actor.
She will be sharing screen space with daddy dearest,
Tapas Paul, again in this film after
Ogo Bideshini. In this film too we dont play father-daughter. Im constantly on my toes with Baba around because hes my biggest critic, smiled Sohini.
Sohini essays the role of a part-time journalist in the film who aspires to become an actor. Shaheb Chatterjee plays a crime reporter and there will be a subtle love angle between Chandrima and him. Its a challenging role for me because I need to constantly change my body language to portray a journo and an aspiring model-actor. Rajada is very supportive and Im thoroughly enjoying working on this project.
Sonalee Chaudhuri plays the role of my colleague in the film. So with Shaheb and Sonalee around its double the fun! informed Paul Junior.
And what about her assignments in Mumbai? Talks are on, but I cant divulge about the projects now. If everything goes well I might be working on a Hindi film there from December end, said Sohini.
